Inclusion on the site will be for a period of 1 year starting from the date the property is launched on the site.

A renewal notice will be sent 1 month prior to the expiry date.

The level of service provided by 999abroad is wholly dependent on the package selected, silver, gold or platinum. Full rates can be forwarded upon request to scott82@btinternet.com

Any significant changes (positive or negative) to a property should be notified to us immediately in order that records and the site can accurately reflect the property. (no additional charge).

Property feedback will be sought. Positive feedback will be recorded with the property and so increase rental potential. Consistent negative feedback (3 occasions) may result in the property being removed from the site. This will only be done after consultation with the property owners and if efforts to rectify problems have not been made.

From time to time 999abroad may wish to contact you with offers. These will always refer to the site and will only be done by e-mail.

No bookings will be taken directly by 999abroad, nor will cash or payments be demanded or received by us on behalf of property owners.

999abroad will, where the package selected allows, carry out follow up enquiries with owners at a customers request.
