This Spacious modern Villa with its traditional style and charm has been comfortably furnished and equipped to the highest standards, with all the facilities you need for a perfect holiday. The Circular sitting room with its open fireplace has 280º views and has satelite TV/VCR/DVD/Radio CD player. The adjoining dining room with table and seating for 6 people opens onto the terrace with its spectacular views to the mountains and the sea. Entertainment is provided by the Digital TV with UK and Sky Channels, DVD/CD/Hi-Fi/MP3 system and includes a selection of CD`s/DVD`s. Paperbacks and Boardgames are also available for guest use.
The Kitchen contains all the items you would expect from such a property and includes a fridge/freezer, Oven and Hob, Extractor fan, microwave oven, Kettle/Toaster/Coffee machine, Dishwasher and a good selection of pans, utensils and tableware. There is the added bonus of a table and 4 chairs which are ideal for breakfast time. A separate utility room contains a washing machine, sink, iron, ironing board and airer. There is a separate dining area for more formal dining and has a table and 6 chairs.

The main house bathroom has a bath with shower over, wc and bidet, vanity basin with marble surround, mirror and overhead lighting. All linen and towels are provided.
Further stairs lead to the Roof Terrace, which can be lit at night, and contains 4 sunloungers, 2 chairs and a parasol and has outstanding views of the mountains.
Outside there is a shady patio area and porch complete with table and 4 chairs, perfect for "al fresco" breakfast or evening dining and the area can be lit if required. This area also offers superb views across the woodland opposite.
The swimming pool with separate children's area is just yards away and the nearest shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants are within 3 minutes walk from the villa. changeover day is Flexible and subject to previous/next booking. Sorry but NO Pets and NO Smoking allowed inside the property.
