Lounge Master Bedroom Private Pool
Indian Point has a tennis court, play area and a lakeside running track for those of you who have energy left after a day shopping or in the theme parks. The area also boasts a huge Walmart (Asda) Store, Golf courses, mini golf and airboat hire.
On previous trips the owners have hired a Harley Davidson, a light aircraft and have been parascending all available within 10 minutes drive of the Villa. The Villa comfortably sleeps 10 people.
The Villa was built in 2001 and professionally furnished with all the comforts and facilities needed for a holiday of a lifetime. The Large 30 footprivate pool with extended deck are the perfect compliment to this Villa and is a great place for all the family to relax when suffering theme park burnout!
Internally, the Villa consists of a Large lounge area with comfortable seating, cable TV with a growing Video library, and patio doors overlooking the pool area (the doors are alarmed to prevent children entering the pool un-noticed). There is a fully fitted breakfast Kitchen with all the facilities you would expect, and more! For more formal dining there is an additional dining room.
The Master bedroom has Kingsize bed, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with large corner bath, team sized shower and his/hers wash basins. The second Master bedroom has a Queensize bed and en-siuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and Bedroom 4 is a colourful Scooby Doo themed childrens room with a bunk bed. Disney With its four Main Theme Parks and Two outstanding Water Parks are a short ten minute drive away. Shopping at the Disney Village is a great experience for all ages and whilst there why not take a meal at the "Fultons Crab House", a paddle steamer permanently moored there. Disney Quest is a fantastic interactive games area. At night the pace picks up with Disneys "Pleasure Island" a varied mixture of bars, clubs and restaurants. Entertainment in Orlando Florida is never far away, there are two theme parks at Universal Studios, where you really feel like your IN the Movies. Seaworld is a mixture of excellent Oceanic scenery, wildlife and excitement provided by the numerous thrill rides. International Drive is awash with restaurants, shopping and other attractions. For the Serious shoppers, you can do it til you drop at the various Malls in Orlando from Discount outlets at Belz and Premium Outlets to the Florida Mall with its Marble Concourse. More rides and shops can be found at "Old Town" just off Hway 192. Villa Details :- The Large open plan Family room and dining area has ample seating, one of which converts to a double bed. Cable TV/DVD and CD player. There are board games available should you have time or just for fun whilst lazing around the pool which is looked onto from this room. The Kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need, a real home from home and also has a breakfast seating area with table and four chairs. There is inside access to the garage and seperate laundry with washer and dryer. My husband and I loved the open layout of the home.....much better than a tiny resort and WAY more affordable! We spent the majority of our days in the Disney Parks, which are very close on the back roads...we never had to deal with traffic or crowded roads. The Four Bedrooms comprise of 2 Master Suites with Queen Size beds, ideal for multi family occupancy, both have en-suite facilities and TV.
