With enclosed private areas to the side and rear, close to the town of Caleta De Fuste, in the middle of the Island and only 10 minutes South of the Airport. Situated in a private residential complex and has the added benefit of the use of 2 swimming pools / poolside bar and two tennis courts. Rates are Just £250 per week, this includes all bills/electric/water, and transfers from and to the Airport. There are substantial reductions for long term stays for guests who wish to stay over the English Winter!!
The property comprises of a Double bedroom and a twin room with two single beds and sleeps 4 comfortably. The bathroom has a shower sink and wc. The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge, Iron and a 4 ring hob. All bedding and linen is provided (except beach towels). Within a gentle 5 minute stroll of shops, bars and restaurants and 10 minutes walk to the beach. The Golf course of Fuerteventura is only 1 mile away and reduced green fees are available (notify interest at time of booking). The Villa will be cleaned prior to your arrival and we request it be left as you would wish to find it. Transfers to and from the Airport are by a local friend of the owners who will also act as a point of contact should you have any requests. For guests who have not previously stayed at the property then 1 weeks rental as a security deposit is required. Returning Guests are not required to pay this.

The fully fitted kitchen has an oven, hob, fridge freezer,microwave, dishwasher and there is a washing machine in the utility room. The Master bedroom has a king sized water bed and full en-suite bathroom, a fully fitted dressing room area and patio doors that lead out to the patio and pool area. Two further twin bedrooms have fitted robes and windows overlooking the pool area. The pool which is private to the Villa is heated.
