Spacious 3 bedroom fully air conditioned duplex (two storey) apartment completed in 2005 to a very high standard. The apartment is one of only 18 in the complex and is ideally located on the road between the popular resorts of Fethiye and Olu Deniz (about 10 minutes by road either way)
The apartment is ideally located and caters for all tastes and styles of holiday. For those wishing to get away from it all, you can relax by the pool, enjoying the fantastic Taurus mountain scenery whilst benefiting from the refreshing mountain breeze. There is ample opportunity to stroll along mountain paths, enjoying the fresh scent of pines and chatting with the friendly locals. In fact every bend on the path reveals picture postcard scenery.
The apartment has been the owners second home and is fully equipped with satelite TV, DVD, cooker, washing machine, fridge freezer and air conditioning to all bedrooms and lounge area. It even boasts 3 bathrooms (a must when you have girls!). The apartment can sleep upto 8 people with one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge.
Outside there is a large ground floor terrace overlooking the mountains with a built in BBQ set for that "al fresco" dining whilst enjoying a drink and taking in the magnificent scenery. There is a second upstairs balcony affording the same great views.
Out and about there are a number of small, and one large superstore type markets within 400m which enable food and drink to be obtained with ease. For those wishing to venture further afield, an half hour walk will see you in the lively village of Hisaronu which boasts many restaurants, bars and clubs which open until the wee small hours.
For the more energetic types there are watersports, paragliding, microlight flights, jeep safaris, horse riding and quad biking all available locally. For the culture buffs, there are historical rock tombs and amphitheatres in Fethiye. Excursions such as boat trips to nearby butterfly Valley, 12 island boat trips around both Olu Deniz and Fethiye, enjoying swimming in the cool Mediterranean Sea and working on your suntan!
The nearest Airport is Dalaman, which is about 45 minutes by road from Ovacik.
